Student Employee Onboarding Checklist

At BYU-Idaho there are different thousands of student employees that work each semester, all of which have to complete the necessary paperwork and receive required training. This is called ‘onboarding’ and in order to expedite the process of hiring a thousand plus students each semester the Student Employment Team in the Human Resources Office created a checklist to provide each student who completes their paperwork.

I had the pleasure of working with the Student Employment Team to redesign the checklist. It took many sessions of reviewing with the team to receive their edits of the content and suggestions in the design to come up with the final result and I’m very pleased with how it turned out!
